Lucifer Killingsworth is the main antagonist of CartoonMania: The Movie and the unreleased CartoonMania Reboot.
He was voiced by Matthew Littlemore.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Even during childhood, he is very egotistical and pompous according to Matthew and attempted to cheat in the art contest by bringing in a copy of the Mona Lisa which he printed out just to get the money.
- His reason of getting revenge on Matthew because of losing an art contest shown to be very petty especially since he was going to cheat in it.
- He stole Matthew's keys during his inspection so he can break into the house tonight. He even stole Matthew’s phone so that he won’t call Mr. Rage and tell him about his true nature.
- He muted Norman and shut down his mobile body so he wouldn't warn Matthew about the intruder.
- He attempted to kill Matthew's 6 main characters in brutal ways.
- He stole Mes Franzmer's watch and used it to hypnotize Chompy into killing Penny Bleat by stepping on her.
- He fills Chicken Wizard's room with sleeping gas to take his wand to trap Stanley in a sandstorm to die slowly and tore off a page on the spell book to make sure theres no way to get him out.
- He knocks Professor Qwertyson unconscious and tied him up so he can have time to bring Jojo Violet in a robot arm to drop her in the acid tank to melt alive.
- He went to the defenseless Norman so he can download anti-virus to suck up Victor Virus in the portal to either get burned alive in the Earth's core or eaten alive by the Virusaurus Rex.
- He kidnapped both Timmy and Tanya proclaiming that they're "safe" with him so that he can blackmail Matthew into giving him the ransom or he will turn the tigers into fur coats.
- When cornered he threatened to burn the place down by capturing Fire Lanksey and pouring gasoline onto if the gang went too close only to get stopped by Zack Zebra.
- He attempted to make Matthew lose his temper so that he won't be able to achieve his dreams of being a animator and possibly ruining his life.
- While he said he would let the tigers go if Matthew gives him the ransom it was all a lie as he was planning on killing him by shooting him in the head and turn the tigers into fur coats anyways while planning on committing genocide by bombing Matthew's house.
- When Matthew and his characters break in and fought him, he pulled out a gun and attempted to shoot them when he had enough.
- Got Matthew and his tigers cornered and shot Timmy in the arm nearly killing him which makes Matthew had enough to the point he screamed at him to death.
- Before his death he attempted to kill Matthew one last time by shooting him thou the bullet disintegrated same with him.
- Despite CartoonMania being a comedy show, Lucifer tends to darken the mood of the movie after he was revealed, even the part where he had the tigers hostage while threatening to turn them into fur coats.
- While his goals of killing Matthew and his six characters make him look like a kill-the-hero villain he manages to stand out on attempting to kill a number of 321.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He had a few comedic moments where he isn't taken seriously such as kicking Matthew in the balls before he can remove his mask or putting on the mask which causes Stanley to panic thinking he is a different person, even his reason of getting revenge on Matthew because of losing a art contest is laughable.

- There is a concept of having him reappear in the reboot as a demon. it is certainly unknown if he would be worst or not.
- According to Animator320, he was inspired by both Professor Ratigan and Scar both of which are Pure Evil.
