His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He tried to kill the Turtles just because they bumped into him and caused him to drop an expensive item. What makes this worse is that they genuinely apologized for the mistake they made while he never forgave them.
- He sent Armaggon to kill the Turtles before deciding that he wanted him to bring them to him alive so he could painfully finish them himself. Either way, he allows Armaggon to eat April and Casey alive.
- He attacked the home world of the Daagons in order to gain a fragment of the Black Hole Generator. He threatened to kill all of the Daagons if they didn't give him what he wanted.
- He temporarily incapacitated Queen Hiidrala and nearly killed her.
- He had his army invade Salamandria so that he could force Mona Lisa and Sal Commander to betray the Turtles and bring them to him in order to save their planet. However, he revealed that he had no intention of sparing their world and planned on having his army devour everyone on it.
- He had his Scorpinoid attack the Turtles and their allies, gravely injuring Mona Lisa.
- He teamed up with the Triceratons and agreed to give them a fragment of the Black Hole Generator if they delivered the Turtles to him, despite it being well known on the destructiveness it has.
- While he was willing to keep his end of the bargain and not betray them, unlike Captain Mozar, it isn't out of honor but out of greed for money he thought he will get.
- He once again invaded Salamandria after the Turtles returned to Earth.
- He then invaded Earth and teamed up with the Newtralizer to wipe out all life on Earth to kill all of their enemies. When the latter says if it could wipe out the Utroms also, Dregg agrees despite saying it needlessly sadistic and brutal but agrees to it for those reasons.
- He had his army capture most of the humans on Earth so that they could serve as living egg sacs for them. The humans were shown to be in pain during this. He also ordered his army to kill any human that they couldn't capture.
- His unique methods to wipe out the Earth and him invading Salamandria makes him heinous enough to meet the show's high heinous standards.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He cares about the insects that serve him and is visibly upset when they are killed.
Trivia[]
- He is the only Near Pure Evil incarnation of Lord Dregg, while his original 1987 counterpart is Pure Evil.
