Kyle Wilkie is the main antagonist of the "Shadowërk" arc in Law & Order crossover events involving Organized Crime and Special Victims Unit. He is a mercenary who creates a website through which subscribers can order assassinations and revenge rapes.

He was portrayed by Winter Andrews.

His Evil Ranking[]

What makes him close to Pure Evil?[]

  • He believes that the world, people, and himself deserve to die.
  • Created the infamous “Shadowërk” website, a platform where users could place contracts to have people raped, tortured, or murdered, with Wilkie paying the enforcers in Bitcoin for completing the acts.
    • There are also many open jobs, around 50 to be exact, and he never closes them, only repeating them until someone takes the job.
    • Anyone can put a contract on a person, ranging from strangers, work bosses, and even close family members such as aunts.
  • It's implied he enjoys choking himself while looking at the images of the jobs that he hangs on his walls.
  • His online username is Hyakunin Giri, which is the goal of murdering a hundred people as fast as possible with one katana.
  • He has Phil McBride strangled to death and decapitated by Junior Saurez, with his head being put in a washer.
  • He orchestrated a series of brutal attacks, including the rape of a tourist in her hotel room, the rape of a nanny while the children were in another room, the rape of Evie Quinn under orders from her ex-boyfriend, and the rape of a wife at her husband’s request.
  • In order to stop a judge from signing a warrant to check his servers, he has her shot to death in her car.
  • Puts a 50 thousand dollar bounty on Stabler and Benson’s head, which leads to Tracy Horner attacking a restaurant with tear gas, shooting Benson with a shotgun, and nearly gunning down Stabler.
  • At his cabin, he pulls out a rifle and shoots at several police officers, eventually, he hits Jamie Whelan, paralyzing him from the neck down, which ended up in his father unplugging him from life support.
  • Despite agreeing to shut down Shadowërk, this was purely done to help out his mother.
  • If not for this threat against his mother, he would have kept the website open, which would cause the rapes and murders of numerous people. Indeed, 3 people were raped in New York after he was incarcerated.

What prevents him from being Pure Evil?[]

  • He genuinely cares for his mother as he makes a letter apologizing to her about committing suicide and shuts down Shadowërk to stop her from being imprisoned. Even when he denied to shut it down at first, he never said that he hated his mother, just that he thought she hated him.
  • He was genuinely affable to a taxi driver named Angie, as he said that she shouldn’t have to deal with her boyfriend’s racist family and that if he was her boyfriend, he would be spending the holidays with her instead. He also told her that she was kind and paid for their lunch together.
