NOTE: This article only focuses on Kokoro Kurokawa from before the killing game, and not the memory wiped Kukoro Mitsume during the killing game, as the Kokoro from the killing game was not voted as Near Pure Evil, and thus, only information about Kokoro from before the killing game should be put here, unless it relates to her pregame self.

Kokoro Kurokawa is a supporting antagonist in the Korean Danganronpa fangame Super Danganronpa Another 2.

During the Killing Game, despite acting as a participant while her memories were wiped and altered, she was actually one of the many people who worked for Mikado Sannoji, being the one to provide him with information needed for it to work.

She is also the abusive mother of Mikako Kurokawa, raising her like a test subject who would be imprisoned and experimented on for a good portion of her life for the sake of researching human emotions.

Her Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • While she was shown to be nicer when she was younger, she clearly grew out of this when she’s an adult.
  • She stated in her last free time event that she didn’t care if her methods are unethical, showing that even when she was younger, she had little regard for others.
  • She manipulated one of her colleagues who had a crush on her into having a child with her, just to use her for an experiment.
  • She planned to imprison her daughter, Mikako Kurokawa, and keep her locked until adulthood so she could do experiments and research the basic emotions about her and only failed because Kokoro’s husband escaped with Mikako.
    • After this, she referred to Mikako as a “failed experiment”, showing she never cared about her as a human being.
  • She was perfectly fine with using counterfeit money from Mikado as long as it benefitted her research, only being worried about the consequences if they get caught.
  • She helped Mikado Sannoji create an advanced artificial intelligence of himself, the “Alter Ego Mikado”. When the real Mikado was murdered by the Alter Ego after he hired Syobai Hashimoto as an assassin, Kokoro didn’t care and allowed it to live. She even allowed this Mikado to keep going and do all his heinous actions and yet she still didn’t care, making her responsible for all of his actions, such as making a killing game which caused the deaths of 12 people, including herself.
  • Under Mikado’s orders, she destroyed Yuki Maeda’s body, while still keeping his mind alive inside the virtual world.
  • She voluntarily chose to participate in the Killing Game, most likely knowing what was going to happen.
  • While Utsuro and Kanade did worse than her, she had less resources than the former as she had no access to Divine Luck or any minions. As for the latter, Kokoro still stppd out for her abuse of Mikako, being responsible for all of Alter Ego Mikado’s actions, and turning Yuki into a brain in a jar.

What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • She was shown to be genuinely affable towards the real Mikado, being pretty polite towards him, offering to make him a coffee and apologizing when she thought she offended him, despite having no pragmatic reason to do any of those things.

Trivia[]

  • The Kokoro Mitsume from the killing game doesn’t count as Near Pure Evil, due to having no memories of her heinous actions, being younger, and most of all, having genuine heroism in trying to stop Void. This doesn’t affect Kokoro from before the killing game however, as this memory altering wasn’t of her free will, and thus, her heroism wasn’t of her free will.
