Wilson Fisk, also known as the Kingpin, is the main antagonist of Jason Aaron and Steve Dillon's Punisher MAX comic book series.
Unlike most of Frank Castle's enemies, Fisk is completely sane, and way more calculative and pragmatic in his plans. He now rules New York City's criminal underworld.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- When he was twelve, he tortured his own father by poisoning his drink, smearing cheese and butter on his face and let a pack of rats gnaw him to death.
- He worked as an enforcer for mob boss Don Rigoletto for years and known for his brutal and sadistic way of killing.
- After released from prison, he hired some thugs and crackheads to broke out into Big Lucky's house, the man that once raped him in prison. He then ordered his men to gangrape Big Lucky's wife and execute her after. All of this was recorded by him in a tape that he sent to Big Lucky as a revenge.
- He killed his whole crew after finding out one of them stole money from Don Rigoletto. When Rigoletto asked him why he killed all of them, he replies "just to make sure I got the right one".
- He beat up a guy and gouged his eye out. What's worse is, the guy was still alive and screaming in pain effortlessly.
- He became a part of a criminal conspiracy involving New York's Five Families (The Commission) to pit The Punisher into a war against "Kingpin" as the new figure in organized crime.
- He killed three prostitutes as a bait to lure The Punisher out.
- He forced Spacker Dave, a hacker, to make a fake identity for him and his family and he also threatens to kill Dave's family if he refuses.
- He killed Spacker Dave after getting his fake identity done.
- He tortured a guy who raped a Russian gangster's sister and then brought him to them to be tortured to death. While the man did deserve this, he does this for pragmatic reasons only and not for sympathy to the victims.
- He planned to kill Mamma Cesare after finding out that she discovered his plan to turn against Don Rigoletto and The Five Families.
- After he realized that Don Rigoletto already knew about his plan to take over the mob, he sent his goons to eliminate each member of The Five Families.
- He sent his men to kill Don Alfano in a nail salon, drown Don Garofalo to death in a jacuzzi, blowing up Don Labruzzo's car, throwing out Don Tartamella out of the window and gunned down Jackie Cesare in his own garden.
- He killed Don Rigoletto's last bodyguard by cutting his throat before meeting him.
- He shot Don Rigoletto's men who held his family hostage, causing Rigoletto to kill his son, Richard. After killing Rigoletto, he inappropriately tells his wife Vanessa "they can have a new one", right where Vanessa still crying and grieving after their deceased son.
- He then revealed that everything that he had done was always for the sake of himself instead of his son and family.
- He hired Bullseye, a ruthless hitmen to hunt down and kill The Punisher.
- He let Vanessa suffers a drug addiction and depression upon realizing that he let their son to die so that he could become the new crime boss of the city.
- He evicted Vanessa from his tower after she tried to kill him during sex. In fact, he did this since Vanessa has become nothing but a liability to him.
- He and Elektra killed his crime partners in a meeting room after being insulted for his incompetence of sorting out Punisher's problem. He then had sex with Elektra on top of their corpses.
- He had Elektra kidnap a drug dealer after stealing money from him. He also had Elektra brought the dealer's wife and kids to watch him getting tortured to death.
- After killing him, he approaches the dealer's son and told him "he's not sorry, not for any of it,"
- He let The Punisher kill Elektra after everything she did for him. After that, he sent his goons to ambush The Punisher outside his old house.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He had a tragic childhood. He's a victim of domestic violence committed by his father that also led to his mother's suicide.
- Although he said that everything that he did was for the sake of himself, he did loved his wife and son and deeply cared about them. But that was before he got driven to the deeper side of crime by Rigoletto.
- He felt shocked and disgusted after finding out Bullseye killed four innocent families in a week, just to impersonate Frank Castle's life. He even calls Bullseye "a maniac animal".
