King Purplius CVIII is the main antagonist of the 2014 Mario fangame Abducted Toad. He's the king of the Purplians who seeks revenge on the Mushroom World for what they did to his ancestor, Purplius VII. He is Toad and Cappy's archenemy.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He abducted multiple creatures from the Mushroom World and brainwashed them to do his bidding. One of which being Bowser himself.
- During his invasion on the Mushroom Kingdom, Purplius lets his minions brainwash multiple Toads and even Mario himself.
- He used his ultimate weapon, the Singularity Core, to create a black hole to destroy the Mushroom World. This would've also resulted in the entire universe being destroyed as well.
- He doesn't seem to care if his species gets killed by the black hole, as long as he gets his revenge.
- When Cappy tells him to deactivate the Singularity Core after being defeated, Purplius declines as he says that he won't stop until he gets his revenge.
- After fusing with the Singularity Core and becoming Purplius Core, Purplius planned on destroying the entire universe himself.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- As horrible as his actions may be, at the end of the day, Purplius just wanted to avenge his ancestor, Purplius VII who unfairly got cast into exile due to Queen Rodakino IV changing the Purplians' memories.
