Tristan McFord, falsely known as Lance Sterling, better known as Killian or Robo-Hand, is the main antagonist of Blue Sky's 13th and final animated feature film Spies in Disguise.
He is a terroristic mastermind and crime lord who became Lance Sterling's archenemy after he lost his arm, the left side of his head and his henchmen.
He was voiced by Ben Mendelsohn, who also played Nolan Sorrento in Ready Player One.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He stole the M9 Assassin and likely killed 2 of the guards before framing Lance Sterling for it, causing him to be labelled as a traitor.
- He had his drone take out the guards of a covert weapons facility he was invading.
- He forced a scientist to get the facility running at full capacity and build more drones while holding him hostage and promising to let him go, and when the scientist told him of the destruction the drones are capable of, he had a drone kill him by dropping him to his death, fulfilling his word of letting him go in a twisted way.
- After getting the H.T.U.V. database by getting Walter knocked to the floor when he, Sterling in pigeon form, and some other pigeons take it from his drone.
- When learning from Walter's words that Lance Sterling was around, he tried to goad him into coming out by threatening Walter's life, and when he didn't, he tried to kill him.
- When alerted of Walter approaching the base in a submarine due to him tracking him, knowing how close he is to Lance and as revenge towards him for killing people he cared about, he forced Lance to watch as he sent two drones to try to kill him in the submarine, though Walter survived.
- He sent his drones to massacre everyone in the H.T.U.V. agency to avenge the deaths of the men he was with with them being responsible for them.
- When Marcy and some of the other agents arrived to help Lance and Walter on the facility Killian was on, he had his drones try to kill them, with at least one soldier seen succumbing to the attack by the drones.
- When he realized Walter is attempting to stop the Drones by Hacking into his Robotic Hand he plunged his claw hand into a random soldier's stomach, possibly killing him, before then summoning one of his drones.
- While he is motivated by the deaths of his crew at Kyrgyzstan, it doesn’t necessarily make him tragic since he brought it on himself, as he was already evil before his team died.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- One of the reasons why he is against Lance Sterling is because he wants to avenge his team back at Kyrgyzstan as their deaths are why he hates him, meaning that he legitimately cares about them.
