Judge Wraith is one of the three main antagonists (alongside Judge Hope and Charity) of the Black Mirror episode "Fifteen Million Merits". He is one of the three judges of the popularity show Hot Shot, and his own pornography show WraithBabes and is the most hateful and rude of the three judges.

He is played by Ashley Thomas.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close To Pure Evil?[]

  • He is one of the Judges for the show Hot Shot, in which he, along with Charity and Hope, humiliate and emotionally abuse the aspiring singers and performers. Unlike Hope and Charity, who keep a slightly sophisticated persona, Wraith doesn’t bother with a faux persona.
  • Runs a pornography channel named WraithBabes, and, with what he did with Abi, it is implied that Wraith has drugged other women and kept them enslaved in his channel.
    • This is further indicated when he states he would “medicate” Abi’s shame when trying to convince her to join.
  • When Abi comes into the show, his first instinct was to make an obscene comment on flashing the audience.
  • Alongside his co-judges, he had Abi drugged during her performance and then manages to convince her to join his channel, and presumably drugged her through the entire time, effectively keeping her a sex slave, or at least causing her to psychologically break.
  • When Bing threatens to slash his throat on national TV, Wraith attempts to goad him into doing it while insulting him all the way.
  • He gets away with all his actions in the end and presumably continues to commit the same crimes.

What Prevents Him From Pure Evil?[]

  • While it's implied that he drugged other women in his pornography channel to keep them in his grasp, it is not fully confirmed, meaning he relies on fridge horror.
