Izzy Rogers is the main antagonist of the Criminal Minds episodes "Hit" and "Run". She is a psychopathic terrorist, assassin, and bank robber who leads a gang of criminals called The Face Cards.
She was portrayed by Tricia Helfer in her only Near Pure Evil role.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- She was a former assassin who killed several government figures such as an ambassador at the Scotland Yard.
- After meeting with Matthew Downs, a man who left the military, and they fell in love, the two killed 30 people in several bombings, including inside a church and train station.
- Izzy, with the help of Downes recruited robbers Chris and Oliver Stratton. Her M.O in each robbery was to shoot one hostage in the stomach to watch them slowly bleed them out
- Arriving in Washington, D.C. on the 4th anniversary of the N’Djamena bombings, they instigate a robbery starting with Izzy murdering a guard and Chris shooting Jodi Ketelson, William LaMontagne Jr’s partner, in the head.
- She then ruthlessly kills Zack Hansen in front of her daughter, something that disgusted Chris. Later, she has Travis Green killed when he attempts to shoot Chris while acting like a medic.
- Forces a man named Shawn Harper to answer a call with the FBI before having Chris shoot him in the stomach to show him how it feels good to watch ones suffering.
- They threaten to kill a hostage every minute.
- When William goes into the bank and tries negotiation, Chris identifies him as the one who shot his brother and shot him in the chest several times.
- She kidnaps Will before rigging the gas mains under the bank, blowing it up and killing 19 hostages and numerous other civilians and groups around the building.
- She and Chris go to a police department and force a medic to heal Will’s wound before shooting the medic dead.
- She ruthlessly and sadistically shot Chris Stratton in the stomach 3 times and made Will open the car door to leave him to die.
- She forces William to drive to his home to where Henry LaMontagne is and taunts Will by talking to Henry about doing an activity.
- Realizing the unsubs know about the location of her house and that she has a son, she enters the house while Rossi is outside and fights Izzy in hand to hand, Izzy tries to get the gun but she fails and tries to take Henry hostage.
- Meanwhile, Matthew fulfilled the other promise, which is it to strap a bomb to Will at the union station in an attempt to kill hundreds of people.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- She genuinely cares for Matthew Downs as they are both obsessed with each other as Izzy always brings Downes as a fake hostage in the bank robberies despite it not always being useful. Not to mention before betraying and murdering Chris, she is shown calling someone on the phone, supposedly Downs, where she kills the last Stratton brothers only after having an agreement with each other. To fully prove it, every single thing they orchestrated is centered around their meetup in Chad with their terrorist's attack being on the exact date and the union station bomb wire to clip being yellow because the U.S flag has red and blue and not yellow, while the Chad flag has all the colors present.
