Ingrid Hoffel is the main antagonist of the second season of Scream Queens. She was a woman who worked at the hospital that the Chanels worked at. She was revealed to be the sister of Agatha Bean who Chanel Oberlin accidentally killed in season 1, and she becomes one of the green meanie killers later in the series.
She was portrayed by the late Kirstie Alley.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Is constantly mean to and abusing the Chanels.
- Forcing Chanel and Chanel #3 to tidy up the catheter tubes.
- Blackmailing Cathy Munsch to hire her again by threatening to tell everyone about her alleged disease which would result in Cathy being fired and would also ruin her reputation.
- Decided to join Cassidy Cascade’s killing spree. Then her and Cassidy killed Chanel #9 by draining her blood with hyper dermic needles.
- Making Dr. Brock Holt lose control of his killer hand by stressing him out.
- Tries to blackmail Cassidy to kill Chanel #3 by threatening to turn him in if he doesn’t.
- Strangling Chanel #10 until she was brain dead so they could use her for a heart transplant.
- Killing Slade Hornborn by impaling his head with a machete to stop him from spilling information about the murders.
- Making Wes Gardner kill himself, by making him jump into deep fryer oil.
- Attempted to blow up the hospital which would kill Chanel, Chanel #3, Chanel #5, Cathy Munsch and most of the hospital patients.
- Killing and betraying Jane Hollis and her son Cassidy because they refused to kill anymore people.
- While she did have quite a horrible death at the end of the series, as she drowned in the rancid swamp, her actions are too heinous for her to be a scapegoat.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- She cares about her sister Agatha Bean and wanted to get revenge for her death.
- She slightly fails the heinous standards to Hester Ulrich who did more than just murder.
- She is tragic as her sister was horribly man slaughtered by having her face burned off and they hid her body instead of reporting it to the police. While Chanel didn’t intend to kill Agatha Bean, she showed no remorse for it.
