The Homeroom Teacher (real name unknown) of is an eight grade teacher and the first victim of the series, but is also the first villain in the series despite not being an antagonist. He is murdered by one of his students and the first case solved by Kobayashi.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • While it is said that he loved his female students as well as Kobayashi, his idea of “love” is extremely corrupt and distorted as he cared more about their loyalty and their bodies than their character.
  • It is revealed that he had groomed and sexually harassed several of his female students, making him a hebephile.
  • At one point he had convinced at least one of his grooming victims commit suicide so that he can use her body parts to make her into a human chair as part of a loyalty test.
  • Due to the previous event, many of the girls he had groomed decided to commit suicide and become his human chairs to prove their love to him.
  • Although he did not directly induce the mass suicides of his female students, he let it slide and even glorified it.
  • He dismembered the corpses of all the girls who committed suicide to prove themselves to him and rearranged them into human chairs.
  • It is implied that he had Hoshino help him in creating human chairs.
  • While the suicides are not on screen the mangled corpses are shown meaning that he does not rely on offscreen villainy.
  • He is shown to have flirted with Kobayashi despite him being 13 years old.
  • Although other villains have done similar acts he stands out for committing desecration of the dead on a massive scale and effectively creating a death cult. He also has less resources.
  • Despite not being sadistic he disturbingly takes great pride in his evil deeds, viewing it as a good thing and one of his greatest accomplishments despite how horrific his crimes are.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • Despite how manipulative he was, he did genuinely respect the loyalty of his students who became human chairs.
  • He is slightly affably evil, as he saved Hoshino from suicide despite having no reason to do so and he was also shown to speak highly of Kobayashi. However, this is only a pet the dog moment and does not make him on and off since it was only towards Hoshino and Kobayashi
