| ā | First off, we should incinerate the poor! Lazy degenerates waiting for handouts because they can't be bothered to get a damn job. If I had my way, we'd round up every homeless person and burn them. Use their ashes to fertilize the park! Crime would go down. I have it from a reliable source. | ā |

Hamilton Hill is one of the overarching antagonists of Batman: The Telltale Series.
He was the corrupt mayor of Gotham City, who was an ally to billionaire Thomas Wayne and crime boss Carmine Falcone. Running the city with the pair, Hill became a major part of their conspiracy to control Gotham and steal the fortunes of Gotham's elite. During the Children of Arkham's reign of terror upon the city, Hill was both a pawn and a target for the group due to his complicity in the aforementioned Arkham conspiracy.
He was voiced by Robert Pescovitz.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He worked with Thomas Wayne and Carmine Falcone to committed several crimes in the past while using his political influence to avoid facing justice.
- He and Thomas had Esther Cobblepot committed to Arkham and driven to insanity to steal her family's land.
- Had Thomas and Martha Wayne murdered after the latter wanted to go to the police about the former. He was also content with letting their nine year old son, Bruce be killed as well, with the only thing that stopped Joe Chill was the incoming police sirens.
- Had Joe Chill murdered in prison to cover his tracks and remain mayor without any interference.
- Had so of his mayoral opponents murdered so he can remain in office.
- Gave the Children Of Arkham information on Bruce to save his own skin.
- Planned to burn every single poor person in Gotham and use their ashes to fertilize Cobblepot park.
- Cowardly attempted to save his life by putting the blame for all of his crimes on Thomas. Though this falls on death ears as Penguin kills him anyway.
- While the series has a high Heinous Standards, Hill stands out enough to be Near Pure Evil for indirectly (alongside Thomas) causing everything that happened in the series, and also technically being responsible for Batman's creation in the first place.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He fails the standard, as his desire to commit genocide on the poor, while horrifying, is not necessarily an evil plot he is attempting to do; So much as it is something he would like to do if he ever got the opportunity. Resources donāt help either, given heās the Mayor of the entire city and with how corrupt he is, realistically had the power to do something like this, while other villains with less resources do far worse, using their resources to the fullest of their ability.
