HIM (sometimes spelled Him) is the overarching antagonist of the Powerpuff Girls 2016 reboot. He is one of the girls most powerful adversaries, as well as one of their crueler opponents. He is also Bliss' arch-nemesis.
Like his orginal counterpart, he was voiced by Tom Kane, who also voiced The Ultimate Evil in The Fifth Element.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He used the Powerpuff Girls as his allies by shapeshifting into a boy in school and giving them a paper fortune-teller that can predict the future by telling their secrets.
- He made a giant paper dinosaur tell all of Professor Utonium's secrets so that he can get the Powerpuff Girls grounded.
- He sold the mayor a cursed tiara knowing how dangerous it is.
- He used Blossom and Bubbles as his slaves to steal Buttercup's guitar career.
- He invaded Bubbles' dream and turned it into a nightmarish realm, even brainwashing all of her imaginary friends and ordering them to kill Blossom and Buttercup.
- He manipulated Blisstina, who was his best friend since she was young, into combining herself with him to become a giant monster.
- He turned millions of citizens into inanimate objects and animals and tried using the ring of Saturn to chop up Earth.
- He tried stealing Bliss and the Powerpuff Girls' powers, which would've killed them.
- It's because of him Bliss had to leave her family to fix the cosmic imbalance Him created.
- He takes Blossom's soul after Bubbles and Buttercup sell it for a dollar to buy a bobsled.
- Unlike his original counterpart who is also NPE, he has no redeeming qualities and does not have a friendship with Mojo Jojo either. He is also mostly taken seriously.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He has comedic moments where he is played for laughs, however he is still taken mostly seriously especially in his defeats and in Season 3 these moments are mostly gone, so this is a minor prevention.
