Grand Beast Rei or Quester Rei is one of the two Questers along with Quester Gai which are classified as Negative Syndicates to the Boukengers and their organization SGS. In the show, he is a major antagonist and is the cause of much misery to the Boukengers.
He is played by Chihiro Suzuki in terms of voice and Masaru Ōbayashi in terms of suit.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Created an illusion of Akashi (Bouken Red)'s deceased friend and allowed Gai to pose as him, all as a means to torment him and so he could hand over a dangerous Precious.
- Tampered with Souta (Bouken Blue)'s mind so he could reveal where SGS' base was, having no regrets doing so and simply viewing the mind invasion as a way to get his and Gai's hands on dangerous Precious' from the bases' vault.
- Completely brainwashed Natsuki (Bouken Yellow) by twisting her unknown past to a dark destructive one just for personal gain as she could power Ryuwon's destructive weapon.
- Contributed to unnecessary and completely sadistic mass destruction.
- Helped to build a cataclysmic robo with Gai by treacherously using the Negative Syndicates to obtain the Precious resources needed to completely obliterate humanity.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- Had care for his fellow Eastern Ashu members, as seen when he was shocked to see his partner die at the hands of Eiji (Bouken Silver).
