He was voiced by Charles Halford.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Killed Man-Bat by detonating the bomb implanted on his head for no real reason.
- Usurps and kills Solozar in order to take over Gorilla City while also slaughtering most of its residents following Solozar.
- He also used his telepathy to Solozar's son to threaten him.
- He also killed Ra's al Ghul in the process.
- Allied himself with Brainiac so he could be able to enslave humanity by taking over his ship.
- Created a team of supervillains known as "The Society" consisting of himself, Bane, Catwoman (undercover), Captain Cold, Reverse Flash, Cheetah, Deadshot, Poison Ivy, and Scarecrow.
- Strapped a bomb to Deadshot's brain that will explode any time he stops obeying him in order to force the hitman to do Grodd's dirty works.
- He sends out members of the Society to kill the heroes multiple times.
- Mind-controlled Green Arrow, Black Canary, and Blue Beetle in Brainiac's orders, forcing them into trying to kill Aquaman and Black Adam.
- He reveals that he fully intends to kill Brainiac once he outlives his usefulness and take over his ship and doesn't care about Gorilla City.
- When he is killed and stabbed by Aquaman, his death is not played with sympathy in any measure, just well-deserved.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He ultimately fails the heinous standards to much worse villains like Brainiac, Superman, or the Joker.
