Gigi Caldwell is a major antagonist of 2015 dark comedy television series Scream Queens serving as one of the two main antagonists of season 1.
She is portrayed by Nasim Pedrad, who also voiced the Once-Ler's Mother in The Lorax.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- She was the one who raised Boone and Hester from when they were babies in an asylum. She raised them and taught them about murder and murder methods, and she is the one who corrupted them into becoming the crazy sociopathic murders they are.
- She brutally murdered the original red devil mascot just so they could use his costume.
- She orchestrated the whole red devil killing spree making her indirectly responsible for the deaths of 12 people.
- While she did her killing spree to get revenge for the suicide of her sister Amy, she more did it just to take out her anger as the people she indirectly killed had nothing to do with the death of her.
- She was fake attacked by Boone at the end of episode 3, meaning she might have ordered Boone to do this to make her look innocent. Although it’s possible that Boone might have done this because it was his idea.
- After Gigi was “attacked” by the red devil, she tried to frame Cathy for the attack on her.
- She, Boone and Hester tried to kill Cathy Munsch while Gigi was disguised as Supreme Court justice league, then the 3 of them cowardly ran away when she fought back.
- While she was nice to Hester, it’s unknown if her affability was genuine towards anyone else.
- Even though she raised Boone and Hester, it’s pretty clear that she only raised them because she was doing it for her sister, and also to use them as her pawns.
- She mistreated Boone as she made him spend four years practicing slowing his heart rate and breathing down so he could fake his death, then she made him fake his death. She also said mean things about him, saying he’s a moron when he was younger, and saying he was the weakest out of all the killers despite the fact he did almost all the murders. He mistreatment towards Boone made him turn on her and he was going to have Pete kill her. This even makes Boone slightly sympathetic in his final moments.
- Her so called love for Hester is too twisted to twisted be genuine.
- She constantly pressured Hester to kill Boone which was something Hester had trouble doing. In episode 7, when she was talking to Hester on the phone, Hester said she it was hard for her to kill Boone, but Gigi arrogantly said she didn’t want to hear it.
- In episode 10, when Gigi is spending thanksgiving with Hester, she could clearly see that Hester was upset about Boone’s death, and still didn’t show any remorse for it, and even tried to justify it.
- While her death was somewhat played for horror, as it shows her decapitated head shown on a plate, this is only played for horror in the sense that it shows how crazy Hester is, and it doesn’t make her sympathetic.
- Even though she was angry at Boone for kidnapping Zayday, it’s unknown if she actually has standards against kidnapping or if she was just angry at Boone because she thought kidnapping Zayday would draw more attention to them.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- She is a tragic character as she was devastated over the death of her sister Amy Meyer to the point where she was taken into an asylum due to being mentally unstable and had to live there for years.
- Amy Meyer’s suicide was still indirectly caused by the kappa girls of 1995 because they let Sophia Doyle die, and Amy killed herself over the stress of having to raise the babies and also the guilt over Sophia’s death.
- She cares for a few people.
- Her sister whose death really upset her and it was what caused to become a homicidal maniac.
- Her fiancée Wes Gardner. While he wasn’t working with her and was unaware she was the killer, it’s implied she did love him and had no intention of hurting him.
- Even if she didn’t really care about Hester, she was at least somewhat affable to her, and even admitted it was nice spending thanksgiving with her in episode 10, also nicely allowing her to carve the quail for her, only for Hester to cut her head off instead.
