General M. Bison is the main antagonist in the 1994 film Street Fighter based on the video game character of the same name.
He was portrayed by the late Raúl Juliá in his final cinematic film role before his death.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He was a feared drug lord who routinely raided and terrorized villages and killed anyone in his way and considered the death of Chun-Li's father to be just another Tuesday.
- He took world leaders hostage and threatened to kill them in 3 days if his demand isn't met.
- He wants to make an army of super-soldiers to conquer the world, brainwashing Guile's friend, Carlos Blanka by putting him in Bison's super-soldier machine.
- He threatened to kill his assistant, Dr. Dhalsim for calling him "mad". But decided not to do so.
- He sent Blanka to kill the many people he kept hostage when his demands weren't met, only failing because the brainwashing was reversed.
- He was eager to kill Guile in 1-on-1 combat and takes advantage of this by equipping himself with technology.
- Despite being presumed to be dead, it's revealed that he is still alive and restarts his plans for world domination, making him a Karma Houdini.
- While he had comedic moments, they don't detract from his heinous actions.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- In stark contrast to his game counterpart, he is a well-intentioned extremist because while his plan of taking over the world with super-soldiers is objectively bad, Bison wanted to end conflict between nations and have everyone live in peace under his rule.
- He is honorable, as he mourned Guile when it was presumed that he was dead, wanting to face him in combat and have a fair fight without any shooting.
