Near Pure Evil Wiki

ā€œ It’s much more than that. It holds the key to the balance of power in our galaxy, if not the universe. As a weapon, the teleportal is unparalleled. It could be used to secretly transport our newest nuclear-fusion bombs into the middle of enemy spacecraft. Into the center of unsuspecting enemy cities. Even to the center of an enemy planet. I could bring our enemies to their knees and raise the Federation flag across the entire galaxy! ā€ž
~ Blanque explaining how he plans to use the teleportal to Lonae.
ā€œ You wanna piece of me?! Then bring it on you stinking lizard if you got a guts! ā€ž
~ Blanque taunting Zanramon in prison cell.
ā€œ The teleportal must be ours! The Fugitoid must be captured! ā€ž
~ Blanque

General Blanque is a supporting antagonist in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003 animated series. He serves as one of the two main villains in the Triceraton arc, along with Zanramon.

He was voiced by Mike Pollock, who also voices Dr. Eggman.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • According to Mozar, he forced 150 planets under their rule.
  • Tried making Professor Honeycutt into building the Teleportal device to help him not only end the war with the Triceratons (specifically by wiping them out), but to take over the universe, explicitly planning on transporting nukes to annihilate cities and even entire planets.
  • When the Turtles got involved, he had no problems with his army trying to kill them. While he does order his men to not harm Honeycutt, this was mainly out of pragmatic reasons to get him to build the aforementioned Teleportal device.
  • He ordered Lonae to be seized when he found out that she had ties with the Triceratons.
  • Allied himself with Agent Bishop so he could help him capture the Turtles, in exchange for Honeycutt. He only did this to capture his foes and not out of genuine honor or respect for Bishop.
  • He and Zanramon were both indirectly responsible for Honeycutt’s (temporary) death as he had to sacrifice himself to stop their plans, specifically by placing a virus that stopped all Federation and Triceraton air fleets.
  • Even after the Triceratons and the Federation became peaceful with one another, he still remained evil as he was continuing to argue with his rival, Zanramon, in a cell.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He fails the heinous standards to Councilor of the Brotherhood who committed planetary genocide multiple times with similar resources and to the Utrom Shredder who, without the multiversal weaponary he gained in Turtles Forever, started numerous terrorist attacks and wars that claimed millions, committed torture, is more personally evil to the main cast and has worse methods for taking over the universe.
