Furnace is the secondary antagonist of Prey WITH LYRICS, a lyrical cover of the song "Prey" from the FNF mod Vs. Sonic.EXE, with this particular song being used in a level based off the Starved Creepypasta. He was presumably built by Starved to catch and cook animals for him to eat, and spends the entire video attempting to catch Sonic so Starved can eat him.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He caught, killed and cooked many sapient animals for Starved to consume, and despite this being off-screen, it's repeatedly mentioned throughout the song, making it not preventing.
  • After detecting the arrival of Starved, he retreats and allows for Starved and Sonic to argue, so he can sneak past Sonic, using this to successfully kill him.
  • Despite working for him, there's no real indication he genuinely cares for Starved.
  • He passes the Heinous Standards, due to the fact he is essential to Starved's plan, as without him, he wouldn't be able to cook animals.
  • Furnace admits that he was the one who gave Starved the idea to trick Sonic into a race, this also means the entire plan to kill Sonic was set up by Furnace himself.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He has moral agency issues due to the fact he was programmed to kill and cook animals by Starved, however, he does show high intelligence independent of Starved's orders, and lines such as "I AM SUPERIOR TO ALL ORGANIC PREY." Indicate some awareness.
