Evil Julian is the main antagonist of Season 2 of Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja. He is a truly evil counterpart to Julian, created by the corruptive influence of The Sorcerer's Chaos Pearl, bringing every part of Julian's darker side to life and giving it dangerous powers. This makes him a formidable opponent that Randy had to face as antagonist and for Randy to defeat alone.
He was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker, who also voiced the Lighthouse Keeper in What's New, Scooby-Doo?, Admiral Trench in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Ra's al Ghul in the Batman: Arkham franchise, Carnage in Ultimate Spider-Man and Brainiac in LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes.
