Everett Lynch, also known as "The Chameleon", is a recurring villain in the final two seasons of the CBS TV series Criminal Minds, appearing as the titular main antagonist of the Season 14 episode "Chameleon" and the main antagonist of Season 15. He is a con artist and serial killer who swindles and murders wealthy women before cutting off their faces.
He was portrayed by Michael Mosley.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Helped his mother, Roberta, with conning men by acting as a poor 7-year-old.
- Targeted 9 women, starting relations with them while taking money out of their accounts. After months of manipulation, he talks about Grace, his daughter who "died" by drowning. After proposing, he strangles them to death, cuts off their face as trophies, blows up their house's gas mains, and brings their children to a relative's house.
- When Mary Cullen, a woman he was dating, proposed to him first, he got angry and, when she wasn't looking, bashed her head with a vase in front of Grace, knocking her out.
- After the BAU went to the house, he held Mary captive in a barn while leaving Grace to attack officers who tried to arrest her.
- Everett then ran out of the barn after shooting at the police and ambushed David Rossi before strangling and cutting his head, leaving it as a reminder that he could have killed him.
- Taught Sebastian Hurst, a man he conned, how to kill, resulting in the deaths of 3 men and Hurst almost skinning one victim alive.
- To bust Grace out of prison, he most likely killed Arthur Terell, a lawyer, and stole his identity.
- While posing as Grace’s lawyer, he stabbed U.S. Marshal Alison Faush to death before running through the building and gunning down 3 other Marshals.
- Ordered Grace to shoot Jennifer Jareau in the stomach, which almost resulted in her death.
- Tried to abandon Grace after breaking her out, telling her to fly away like a little birdie and saying that he would meet her in Mexico months from now.
- Broke into a cabin by having Grace shoot the couple who lived there.
- Tied up Charlotte Burke, cut off her fingerprint, and made Grace use it to break into Charlotte's family bank account.
- Murdered Grace after she lost her usefulness by strangling her and cutting off her face.
- Starting back up his spree, he kills Alexandria Duggan and Marilyn Irwin, burning the latter's corpse.
- Hired a private investigator named Orlando Gaines to stalk and find his abusive father.
- Met Rossi and told him that he would leave Olivia, the daughter of Marilyn Irwin, to die by hiding her diabetic meds.
- At the Duggan house standoff, he showed Olivia her mother's dead corpse and then took out Grace's face to present it to Roberta.
- When Roberta was unable to shoot him, he grabbed her gun, bashed her in the head, and blew up the gas mains, killing her, Gaines, 6 SWAT agents, and injuring numerous other officers, including Spencer Reid, which gave Reid a seizure and hallucinations.
- Went to Krystall Richards' house, who was Rossi's wife, and shot an FBI agent guarding her.
- Exchanged Krystall for Rossi and tried to shoot him when he escaped, which caused his death.
- While he does have to compare with the likes of George Foyet, Lynch just manages to fully pass the heinous standard for his 30-31 murders and major personal villainy to the whole team compared to Foyet, who didn’t affect the team as much as Lynch.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He does appear to have the redeeming quality of caring for children, as he brings them to their relatives after killing their family and shows disgust when Roberta almost lets Grace drown as a child.
