What Makes him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He is an extremely racist man who hates anyone who is black/"non-american."
- He is the one responsible for creating the Forever Purge and killing people after The Purge to cause mass chaos and murder.
- There are multiple people who were executed and even hanged on a cross
- We see multiple vans worth of black people being tortured
- While he did give a chance for the heroes to kill "the brownies" and save themselves, this is only so he can further his goal.
- While he did not cause all the mass destruction and murder directly, his goal to "purify" American by killing non-white Americans is the reason for the whole movie.
- Even though he has an extreme prejudice for non-Americans, he has no problem killing anyone if they disagree with him
What Prevents him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He shown love and care for his second in command, Mother, as he was saddened over her death and after bursts out crying over her death, this is also one of the reasons for getting revenge on the hero's.
