Edwin is a major antagonist from the 2010 sci-fi action film Predators.
He was a doctor who revealed himself to be a serial killer in the group, wanting nothing more than to seek and kill his victims, rather than to escape the extraterrestrial planet.
He was portrayed by Topher Grace.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Throughout the movie, he watches and studies the stragglers in the group, all while pretending to be a weak and cowardly individual (though he was indeed weak and cowardly, which made him a liability to the group).
- Converses with Stans, and upon hearing the inmate's reprehensible actions, he finds it okay with it. It's not known if this was an indication that Edwin himself has done horrible things or is just trying to keep his sanity in check.
- He keeps the picture of Nikolai’s children and tries to convince Royce to spare him despite the fact Nikolai saved him showing how much of a scumbag Edwin is.
- Eventually, he finally reveals his true nature by stabbing Isabelle with a scalpel laced with neurotoxin, temporarily incapacitating her.
- He monologues to Isabelle regarding his atrocities he's done back on Earth prior to being abducted into a hostile planet. As a result, he mentions that he would rather stay on this planet and hunt down survivors out of sadism, instead of returning back to his home planet.
- Attempts to kill Royce, but is thwarted when Royce was quick to react and stabs him with his own scalpel, incapacitating him and uses him as bait for the Berserker Predator. While the explosion did not kill the Berserker Predator, it still kills Edwin, earning his comeuppance.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- His worst atrocities including familicide were only mentioned, which are nothing more than Fridge Horror at best.
