Eduardo Ramos is the overarching antagonist of the Criminal Minds season 14 episode "Luke" he is an assassin for the Martinez cartel and after being arrested, kills Jeremy Grant's family to get revenge for being incarcerated.
He was played by Chad Guerrero.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He's a notorious assassin for the Martinez cartel and has presumably killed more than is shown in the episode.
- He killed at least 50 people by forcing them to drink bleach and then shooting them in the head twice.
- After being arrested he wiped out everyone in Jeremy Grant's family, turning him into a serial killer of Mexican Gangsters.
- Despite appearing for a short moment, he still has clear motives to what he does and is characterized enough to not be a generic doomsday villain.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- The worst crimes he did are offscreen villainy, preventing him from being Pure Evil.
