Eduardo Flamingo is the main antagonist of the Gotham episode "A Bitter Pill to Swallow". He is an assassin who enjoys harming others and then cannibalizing their remains. Flamingo is hired by Tabitha Galavan and The Lady to kill James Gordon.
He was portrayed by Raúl Castillo.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He murdered, tortured, and cannibalized his victims to the point where he was let go from the Lady's services.
- He is first seen on-screen torturing one man after killing at least two other individuals. He then kills that one man.
- Throughout the episode, he murders multiple police officers in his attempt to find and kill Jim Gordon.
- He enjoys seeing Jim Gordon in rage when fighting him and tries to goad him to embrace his rage.
- He murders Katherine Parks by biting her on the neck.
- He tells the Lady that he enjoys what he does. He is seen taking pleasure in murdering or torturing his victims.
- He has no redeeming qualities.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He fails the heinous standards to Jerome Valeska and Hugo Strange, as they end up victimizing more people than Flamingo. Other villains like the Penguin and Theo Galavan also end up killing more people.
