Dust Man, also know as The Scrapper, is a minor antagonist on the plush You Tube channel LuigiFan00001, serving as the main antagonist of LuigiFan00001 Special, Detective Luigi 2: Dust to Dust.
He is a Robot Master who was locked up for 23 years for cannibalizing robots and plush which is how he got the name The Scrapper. He tries to escape prison by manipulating Luigi so he could continue his plan of making the world Spotless.
He is voiced by LuigiFan00001, who also voiced Shurara and Momma Turkey.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- In a flashback explained by Conquest, the chief of the Plush Police, Dust Man ate one of his fellow garbage robots and another plush.
- He fought back against the Plush Police when they tried to arrest him.
- Throughout the video, Dust Man manipulates Luigi by faking sympathy in order for Luigi to convince the Plush Police to give him various things in exchange for information on the culprit, all of which he uses to escape prison.
- He attacks Luigi twice during there conversation while reviling his plans.
- He reviles his plan to Luigi that he wants to "make the world spotless" by eating all scrap, including robots due to seeing them as dirty and other plush due to seeing them as polluters.
- He explains that he spread the Roboenza virus Mark 2 (which turns out to be dust) onto other robots so they could overheat, which would allow him to eat them bit by bit.
- During his rampage, he attempts to eat six Candy Cadets, C.H.A.D, and a Mecha Koopa.
- He attempts to eat Luigi during his boss battle.
- After losing his boss fight, Dust Man tries to coax Luigi into killing him so he would not face retribution from the cops. When Luigi refuses, he cowardly tries to flee the scene before being pinned by Famine.
- Unlike most LuigiFan00001 villains, Dust Man is taken almost completely seriously and has no comedic moments.
- Although he was locked up for 23 years, this does not make him a scapegoat as he deserved to be in prison for wanting to cannibalize his own kind and other people.
- Despite the high heinous standard of the channel, Dust Man stands out due to his low resources and omnicidal goals which mange to even surpass characters like Chef Piggy who kills people and puts them in the dishes that he serves.
- While he wanted to make the world spotless, his actions are too vile to make him a extremist.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He has a sense of honor as when he accepts his fate and congratulates Luigi for being able to beat him and solve the case and even was happy about it.
- He has moral agency issues as he was driven to cannibalism after forcibly sucking up a piece of trash. This is a minor prevention though sense he still shows a clear personality and sadism.
