The end is upon us!
~ Duncan's evil laugh.

Duncan Swearinger Cortez O'Barclay Gottenheimer, mostly known as Duncan, is the secondary antagonist of GameToons' Among Us Logic series, specifically being the secondary antagonist of the Novisor Saga.

He is an elderly technician who is actually the fanatical leader of a cult that is responsible for the possession of Aiden to the evil entity, Novisor. He also contributed to Novisor's cause by killing innocent crewmates from his killing methods.

He was voiced by Ryan Stewart.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He tricked Aiden into playing a cursed build of Among Us two years prior to the events of the series. This resulted in Aiden getting possessed by Novisor as his host. Its also likely that Aiden died from this.
    • This also makes him indirectly responsible for most of the deaths in the Novisor Saga, along with all of Player's deaths.
  • He's also directly responsible for getting Dr. Doktor trapped inside the cursed game, along with his indirect death to Novisor. Because of this, it caused Dr. Doktor to become one of Novisor's servants, putting him in a fate worse than death.
  • He tricks at least 8 crewmates to go to a drive-in to watch a low-budget film, which is really a facade to summon Novisor. We also see Duncan dragging the bodies to a truck, presumably to convert them into more servants.
    • Additionally, he guilt trips one of the victims, Baggy, into watching the film when he begins to have second thoughts by saying he may not be "cool" enough to see it.
  • After Novisor curses Dr. Doktor into becoming his servant, Duncan makes him trick Player and the crew into coming onto Novisor's Planet to get them killed.
  • Though he does admire that Player is strong and that its no wonder for Novisor to be interested in possessing him, this isn't out of honor as he was just setting him up to be possessed and killed by the latter.
  • When Player calls him out for his affiliation with the cult and that he won't get away with it, he gloats saying he already had.
  • He attempts to coerce Dr. Doktor to stab Player to death so Novisor can possess him, though this backfires and results in Duncan and his cult getting killed by the former two.
  • While he does have some comedic moments, these moments are brief, and do nothing to detract from his villainy.
  • Despite his master, Novisor, doing way worse, Duncan still stands out due to his lack of resources, along with being directly responsible for summoning him in the first place.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • Though Novisor never demonstrates any specific care for him apart from favoritism, Duncan is grateful enough to loyally serve Novisor and genuinely seeks his validation as seen by how he asks him if he did good after killing two innocent crewmates.

Trivia[]

  • He is the only Among Us Near Pure Evil to not be an imposter.
