Driver Nephi is a minor antagonist in Fallout: New Vegas. He is the leader of Fiends obsessed with brutally beating people with his golf club, and raping children.
He is voiced by Jesse Burch, who also voices Motor-Runner and St. James in the same game.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He betrayed the New Canaanites and joined The Fiends to fulfil his lust for killing:
- It is worth to note that he also betrayed his best friend Bert Gunnarsson, showing that he never cared about him.
- It also showed that he was already evil before he started taking drugs.
- He murdered dozens of NCR soldiers by brutally beating them with a golf club.
- He also has a much higher kill count than any other of the fiends, to the point that NCR sent First Recon snipers after him.
- He used other Fiends as meat-shields to survive every First Recon trap the NCR set up.
- He bought three siblings (two girls and a boy) from Dermot and St. James and in case of Cook-Cook who was only implied to rape children who he bought, he is a confirmed pedophile, shown by the fact that he paid less for the little girl because she was too young for him.
What Prevent Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He fails the Heinous Standards to Cook-Cook and St. James who both did worse despite having the same resources, although his pedophilia is enough for him to be on this wiki so it isn't too major.
