Dr. Kumazawa is a minor antagonist in Dengeki Sentai Changeman. He was used by Gozma to impersonate a Rigelian called Nana's father since she could benefit Gozma and their monster grower Gyodai. In turn he could rule Earth as a Gozma member once it was conquered.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Committed an act of treason against humanity by joining Gozma who he knew was Genocidal and Hegemonic.
- Was part of a plot to kidnap Nana and kill her father so she can later be subservient to Gozma.
- Impersonated Nana's father and took advantage of her kind nature to help Gyodai all while knowing that Gozma was responsible for her father's death.
- Unlike other Gozma members had no redeeming qualities towards anyone and it is shown where when needed he attempted to murder Nana and Change Red. Even pushing away Nana in a violent manner showing his faux affability earlier.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- Star King Bazoo from the same faction of Gozma is already far more evil than Dr. Kumazawa by actually committing hegemony and genocide on not just one world but several in the numbers of galaxies. When comparing the first Big Bad of Super Sentai to be Pure Evil with Dr. Kumazawa it lowers his heinous standards.
