Donald Allen "Donnie" Mallick is a major antagonist in the crime-drama TV series Criminal Minds. He is a serial killer who is infamous for being the murderer of former FBI Agent Jason Gideon, and appears as the main antagonist of the Season 10-episode "Nelson's Sparrow."
He is portrayed by Arye Gross.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- In 1977, he began killing woman by dislocating their knees and even strangling his victims if they did something he didn't like.
- In the month of June, he abducted Tara Bennet, dislocated her knees for 37 years, and held her captive until she died of cancer. Except Alex Zorgen (the leader of his human trafficking ring who repeatedly abused and raped his wife) he is the only character to have abused and tortured someone for more than twenty years.
- Becoming paranoid that Jason Gideon was going to find his identity, he went into his house and shot Gideon, once in the hand, once in the stomach to watch his suffering, and eventually, the head.
- This makes him one of the most personal villains in the series as every BAU agent was sad about Gideon’s death and except John Curtis/The Replicator, he is the only one to kill a MAIN character
- Pretending to be an innocent wheelchair bound man, he knocks out Josie Behdart and dislocates her knees and feeds her worms.
- When David Rossi, the former best friend of Gideon, said that killing two FBI agents would make him a legend in prison, he raised his gun in an attempt to kill him.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He fails the heinous standard to villains with more victims, but he still passes the baseline for killing Jason Gideon and abducting a woman for 37 years, also torturing her and indirectly killing her by cancer
- He seems to love Gertrude as he broke the legs of woman so he could have a connection that felt the same as her love.
