His human form was portrayed by Kin Ohmae.
His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- He has bullied Bock for petty reasons and hated him for being nice.
- Killed Bock's mother when she tried to defend him.
- Planned to kill Bock under paranoia if the latter ever got strong to kill him that was his fate. In order to do so, he went under human disguise, killing off at least several humans, same goes with the cows and sheep. Thus attempting to frame Bock for his actions by manipulating a mob of villagers.
- He directly kills Bock's pet cub while chasing them down the forest as he chopped down the trees, one of those trees' impact caused the cub to die instantly.
- While Bock mourned for his cub in front of the villagers, Gen and Dan as well. Dogyuh scoffs at it and still tries to kill Bock either way before Dan reveals to them his monster form. His scoff and evil grin when he was about to transform shows he has zero remorse and complete lack of empathy for all the terrible things he did to Bock.
- Unlike most Seijins and Kaiju in Ultraman Leo whom did horrible and awful deeds to some people by killing the ones they love, some of them have a complete lack of Moral Agency or did one act of killing that can't count up their standards, such as Tsuruk, Karly, or Kettle for example. Dogyuh is the only one to have surpass those standards and does have a Moral Agency, alongside a complete lack of redeeming qualities and has no excuse for his actions.
- Despite being an One-Shot villain does seemingly makes him fail the series' standard baseline, he was still taken seriously due to the impact of what costed after the death of Bock's mother, causing Bock to be orphaned and went far into framing him to ensure his fate isn't a reality. In the end, he surpasses the general standards.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- Despite being a hateful serial killer and abuser alike for what he did to an innocent child. He fails the ultimately high Heinous Standards in Ultraman Leo because of some comparisons to Commander Black, even alongside Alien Magma and Alien Babarue, despite their actions were offscreen and attempted, but still brought impact nevertheless. Especially since his murder of Bock's mother was done offscreen, but was still responsible for Bock now orphaned and alone, surviving all by himself.
Trivia[]
- He is the first Kaiju in the Ultraman franchise to be Near Pure Evil, also the first in the Showa era.
- He and Alien Magma are the only Ultraman Leo villains to be Near Pure Evil.
