Diavolo is the secondary antagonist of the light novel Jorge Joestar, which is an alternate universe spinoff of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. Much like his original counterpart he is he boss of the mafia group Passione.

What Makes Him Close To Being Pure Evil?[]
- He was directly responsible for ruining Giorno Giovanna’s life by becoming his evil alter ego.
- Much like his original counterpart he formed the mafia group Passione with him as the boss.
- He recruited 300 people including powerful stand users onto Passione to aid in his evil schemes.
- As the boss of Passione he murdered hundreds of people including women and children.
- To maximize his profits he began selling drugs to anyone including children and he started a human trafficking operation with countless victims.
- His influence became so threatening that he was able to control Morioh from the shadows.
- He directly assisted Dio by awakening him from his long slumber.
- He assisted Antonio Torres in brutally murdering 3 people.
- He attempted to kill Enrico Pucci and Kira only to be killed by Pucci.
- While he did ally himself with Dio, he only joined Dio because he could not successfully kill him and has no true loyalty to him.
- Despite being an alter ego of Giorno and being created by him, he has his own personality and a normal moral agency and is incredibly sadistic in contrast to Giorno.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Evil?[]
- His worst actions of killing hundreds of innocent people, selling drugs to kids, as well as child trafficking and human trafficking rely on off-screen villainy making him fail the heinous standards to Dio and Kira.

- Unlike his original counterpart which is Pure Evil and is the alter ego of Vinegar Doppio, Diavolo from Jorge Joestar is Near Pure Evil and is attached to Giorno Giovanna whose original version is ironically Near Pure Good.
- Ironically, he's the exact opposite of Yoshikage Kira, whose original version is Near Pure Evil whereas his Jorge Joestar counterpart is Pure Evil.
