His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- For some quick caps he, alongside Saint James, started kidnappings of NCR refugees around the Aerotech Office Park area and selling them to Fiends (gang of junkies, sadistic mutilators and rapists).
- It is implied that he started kidnapping only females and children to sell them as sex slaves for a larger profit.
- Kidnapped a teenage girl with her father and sold them to Moto Runner, the leader of Fiends.
- Kidnapped an adult woman with an infant child and her parents and sold them to Moto Runner.
- To make it even worse, it is implied that he would kill the baby if not the fact that the infant was useful in keeping his mother in line.
- Kidnapped three siblings (two girls and a boy), murdered their parents and sold them to Driver Nephi.
- Kidnapped an adult woman, two girls and boy and sold them to Cook-Cook.
- If The Courier confronts him after finding out about his crimes, he alongside Saint James, will attempt to murder them.
- Doesn't care about James and his relation with him is purely pragmatic.
- While he was protecting girls from Saint James it was completely pragmatic, because even Fiends refused to buy "used goods".
- While he cut ties with Cook-Cook it was mostly because he was afraid of his own life.
- Even considering the fact that he is not pedophile like St. James, he still is easily heinous enough to pass the Heinous Standards as he was the one with the idea to start kidnapping children and women to sell them to Fiends as sex slaves, additionally his resources are extremely low and his slavery is one with the most realistic and gruesome depiction of slavery in the entire series.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He was genuinely disgusted by St. James deviancy even calling him "sick one", he was also disturbed when Cook-Cook burned a young boy out of sadism. However considering lack of remorse for his actions this is a very minor prevention.
