His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- After Aiden and Damien tried to hack the Merlaut, Iraq ordered Maurice Vega to assassinate Aiden under Quinn's orders, which caused a car crash that killed Aiden's niece Lena, a 6-year old girl.
- He runs a large human trafficking operation where he and Quinn sell many women to bussinessmen for the sake of profit, Iraq even plans to make the operation even bigger after Quinn's death.
- As the leader of the Black Viceroys, he has ordered the deaths of dozens of people under Quinn's orders, and has sold many drugs to make a drug empire so he could become more powerful than Lucky Quinn.
- It's revealed in his audio logs that he plans to kill his grandmother so Bedbug wouldn't have to worry about her anymore.
- He is very abusive towards his cousin Bedbug, even if he does care for him, insulting him every time he does something disrespectful or shows any emotion towards him, even telling him that if he had to choose Bedbug or his business, he would choose business.
- During one of his deals, after that Quinn called Iraq a stoat and that Iraq asked what is a stoat, Iraq beats one of his thugs with a briefcase to death when this one make fun of him by responding a weasel, which even shocks his cousin, Bedbug.
- After learning that Bedbug was working for Aiden, he nearly drops him off a roof and orders his men to kill Aiden.
- He planned on turning Chicago into a criminal city by incriminating the police and CtOs and turning them against each other.
- His relationship with Lucky Quinn is simply professionalism, and he plans to take control of his criminal empire after he dies so he could create his own, and in his audio logs, he outright calls him a useless old man who will die very soon.
- Despite the franchises high heinous standards, Iraq stands out with his rescourses and due to being responsible for Lena's death, making him very personal to Aiden.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- Despite their relationship being very toxic, he still cares for his cousin, Bedbug, as the sole reason he didn't kill his grandmother is because Bedbug told him not to, despite him clearly wanting to do that. This is proven even further when he learned he was working for Aiden and helped him steal information from Iraq to help the former, while he does nearly throw him off a roof, he decides to spare his life.
