You can't resist my power!
~ Darknetic's quote from his character infobox

Darknetic is a minor antagonist in the SuperThings franchise, being the main antagonist of the EDIBA Magazine's comic: "Rescue Operation in the Shopping Center" (Translated). He is the leader of Mutant Bandits and the rival of Central Patrol's leader, Metal Crunch. Along with his gang, he sets up dangerous experiments in Kaboom City, the worst one being his flooding of the mall.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He leads a gang called Mutant Bandits, whose goal is to unleash dangerous experiments on to Kaboom City.
  • Along with Ultra Dryer and Crazy Jet, he floods the Kaboom City Mall by loosening the nearby fire hydrant and attaching it to the hose. This endangers the civilians in the Mall, evidenced by their panicking.
  • In addition, he blocks the automatic doors by using his ferrokinesis to create ribbons on them, which raises the water levels and risks the people's lives even more into drowning.
  • He allows Ultra Dryer to worsen the situation by heating up the flood water.
  • Attempts to throw a dumpster bin on Metal Crunch after he stops the hose water from flowing. The latter only survived due to strategically dodging the attack.
  • Although he is created to be a villain by Mr. King and Professor K among many other villains, this does not indicate moral agency issues as there is no proof he has an impaired view of right and wrong, and the villains in the series are shown to have lifestyles outside of their evil acts, and several of them are capable of having a good side, and nothing suggests Darknetic is devoid of that.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He slightly suffers from Fridge Horror, as while civilians are shown panicking during the flood that shows them being in danger from it, it's still toned down by the relatively kid-friendly nature of SuperThings that makes it unclear if they were actually going to drown and die from it or not.
