Daniel Loomis is the main antagonist of the fanfilm Scream: Legacy. He was portrayed by Michael Tula as Daniel, JP DeStefano and Connor Savoy (voiced by Brandon Lee Abercrombie) as Ghostface.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Although he mentions that he was adopted by a family of alcoholics who abused him, this is not shown on screen, it is not portrayed sympathetically and it does not justify killing someone like Ashley or Will.
- Killed Sidney's husband and Katie's father, Elie Palmer, when he tried to save his family, this indirectly causes Sidney to decide to hide again to protect herself from the danger of being attacked by another Ghotsface.
- Kidnapped and killed the wife of the former Sidney psychiatrist, even psychologically abusing the psychiatrist with this, as well as brutally killed Sidney's psychiatrist when he refuses to give him information about her.
- Killed a janitor.
- Told the psychiatrist in Sidney that he is going to meet his wife when he kills him.
- Stole the Sidney file.
- Killing Zoey, a daughter of an old friend of Sidney's, just because she decided to get involved in the investigation of him case and psychologically tormenting her before attacking her.
- Killing Neil Prescott, Sidney's father and Katie's grandfather and making Katie see his body.
- Attacking Katie and trying to kill her on a first try.
- Killing Ashley, the best friend of Katie and Liv, and throwing her body on top of Katie.
- Indirectly makes Katie distrust her ex-boyfriend, Will, almost kicking him out of the house until she no longer mistrusts him.
- He kills Will in front of Katie in a very brutal way, stabbing him several times in the stomach and ending him with a cut on the neck.
- He kills the detectives and police who were trying to catch him, including Detective Hoffman, Castillo's best friend, who emotionally breaks when he sees his death.
- He indirectly left Detective Hoffman's wife a widow and their children without a father; although Daniel did not know that Hoffman had a family, it is possible that he would have killed him anyway.
- Knocking out Detective Castillo.
- He reveals to Katie that he was the one who killed her father and that he is trying to kill her mother.
- Threatens to cut off Katie's thumb when she refuses to give him her cell phone password.
- Tries to kill Katie once more, but fails after being shot by Detective Castillo.
- He refuses to listen that Nancy and Billy were bad influences and murderers blaming Sidney completely for this.
- Although it could be said that he fails the standards before Mickey, Roman and Jill, he would stand out for having fewer resources and being something personal since he killed Sidney's husband and caused her to go into hiding again. In addition, Scream: Legacy is a fanfilm that completely ignores the events of Scream 4, Scream (2022) and Scream VI, which makes the heinous standard lower.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He obviously still loves his mother and brother, Nancy and Billy, and his motivation is to avenge them by killing Sidney.
- Even if his alcoholic adoptive family isn't a sympathetic factor, he's still minor tragic, because losing 2 of his family members (his mother and brother) and having a neglecting father like Hank Loomis makes him practically alone in the world for most of his life.
