Dan is a minor antagonist of the second half season 4 of The Walking Dead. He is a member of The Claimers, working under Joe.

He was portrayed by Keith Brooks.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He is a member of The Claimers, a ruthless group of bandits who rob people as they murder and rape people.
  • He is shown to be the most sadistic and evil member of The Claimers.
  • Assisted in the murder of one of their own members, Len.
  • Ambushed Rick, Michonne and Carl out of revenge for Rick killing Lou (although it was out of self-defense) and planned on killing them.
  • Attempted to rape Carl, a child in front of Rick and tried to cowardly beg for his life when all his men got killed by Rick and Michonne.
  • Unlike most of the Claimer members who don't stand out from each other, Dan doesn't just help with Joe's acts but has the unique one of sexually assaulting and trying to rape a child making him a pedophile.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He showed loyalty to the Claimers and was shocked when he saw Rick brutally murdered Joe.

Trivia[]

  • His comic series counterpart, Jud, is unable to count as NPE, due to failing the massive heinous standard of the comics.
