Welcome back to Nightmare Enterprises, Triple D!
~ Customer Service to King Dedede.
Thousand years away, hmm? I don't know about our little friends, but I for one am feeling kind of impatient. What do you say we speed up the process just a little bit?
~ Customer Service deciding the speed up the process of a meteor to kill everybody in Dreamland.

Customer Service (also known in the 4Kids dub as Frontman or N.M.E. Salesman) is the salesman and spokesperson of Nightmare Enterprises and one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Escargoon) in the show Kirby: Right Back at Ya!. He is the one who sells monsters to his company's customers and he has the most important role in the company besides ENeMeE, who is the leader.

He was voiced by Banjo Ginga in the Japanese version, and Dan Green in the English dubbed version.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He makes a living out of selling deadly monsters so they can spread chaos throughout Dreamland.
  • He is more interested in tricking people than making money fair and square.
  • In "Prediction Placement", he helps speed up a meteorite so it would kill everybody in Dreamland, including one of his customers, King Dedede.
  • He doesn't even care that most of his monsters fail to do their work.
  • In the "Air-Ride-in-Style", he sends a group of monsters called Destroyas to destroy Dream Land. Although Kirby managed to destroy the first wave before they caused any casualties, they were still able to render all of the cappies homeless, and the cappies subsequently ended up blaming Kirby for the incident.
  • In the last episode "Fright to the Finish!", he assists eNeMeE in his scheme to kidnap Tiff so they can lure Kirby into a trap and kill him.
  • Although eNeMeE did worse due to kickstarting the show's plot and doing things like being responsible for the deaths of Knuckle Joe's father and Garlude, Customer Service still stands out due to having less resources and due to the fact that most of his worst deeds were actions he did on his own.
  • Even King Dedede is horrified by some of his actions (though most of the time it's because he unintentionally/intentionally ends up affected), such as deliberately sending a monster to emit waste around Cappy Town in "A Trashy Tale" just to spite Dedede for giving him his waste earlier.
  • Although he has a lot of comical moments by default since he appears in almost every episode of the series, they do not detract from his heinousness as they are very brief and he remains a dangerous threat.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He does genuinely respect and admire eNeMeE, always trying to get his approval and even apologizing and taking responsibility when he realized that Knuckle Joe tricked and took advantage of them.
