Conrad Stonebanks, formerly identified as Victor Menz, is the main antagonist of the 2014 live action film The Expendables 3. He is Barney Ross' arch-nemesis.
He was portrayed by Mel Gibson.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- When he was betrayed he become an independent arms dealer selling dangerous weapons to criminals and warlords all across the world.
- Is responsible for numerous war crimes as a result and he is wanted for it, we even get to see pictures of the aftermath of it.
- He would make numerous attempts to kill off all The Expendables, often in quite horrible ways.
- Killed two of his own men simply to make a point to The Expendables.
- Takes the younger Expendables hostage just to lure the rest to him so he can kill them.
- During the film, he is even shown selling nukes, the most dangerous weapon in the entire world, to dangerous criminals.
- Despite the high heinous standard of the series he stands out due to being the most personal antagonist to the heroes and selling extremely dangerous weapons across the entire world to the point where he is responsible for numerous war crimes directly and indirectly.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He has a Freudian Excuse of getting betrayed by The Expendables and nearly killed and vowing revenge as a result, this is played for sympathy.
- He cares about his daughter. Bringing her up offhand when showing sympathy to one of his hostages Luna.
