His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Clint was initially a loyal veteran of the Commonwealth Minutemen, dedicated to protecting the people of the Commonwealth, however he began to see the faction as weak and betrayed them to join the Gunners.
- Upon joining the Gunners, he began an assault on the trading settlement of Quincy with plans to slaughter everyone who resisted solely so he can rise the faction's ranks quicker.
- He led a group of Gunners to a ruined overpass above the town, using the high ground to effortlessly massacre the defenders and civilians, including children, and enslaving any survivors.
- He personally executed his former superior Ezra Hollis.
- When Preston Garvey led a small group of survivors out of the town, Clint ordered a group of Gunners to pursue them to wipe them out, leading to the deaths of all but 5 of the survivors.
- Upon taking control of Quincy, Clint set his sights to the nearby Atom Cats, a group of power armor mechanics, sending Gunner raids to steal their armor.
- Overall, his actions at Quincy led to the near total destruction of the Commonwealth Minutemen, causing the people of the Commonwealth to suffer without their protection and the slaughter of many innocent people for no reason other than his own personal gain.
- Unsurprisingly, he has a lot of personal villainy towards the Quincy survivors:
- His betrayal and slaughter of the Minutemen led Preston Garvey to fall into a deep depression, seeing himself as incapable of protecting others and even considering taking his own life, only pushing on because the remaining survivors needed him.
- The Long family was fractured, as their son was among the victims of the massacre. Jun became a depressed husk of himself and Marcy would take out her grief in the form of anger, being aggressive to everyone around her.
What Prevents Him From Being Pure Evil?[]
- Despite having betrayed the Minutemen, he still held some level of care towards them, having offered them multiple chances to abandon Quincy alive. He also shows remorse following his murder of Hollis, claiming that it was a shame that he didn't accept his offer to leave.
