Chuluun is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Ora) of Season 3 of The Lion Guard. She is a cunning and treacherous snow leopardess who scared off the red pandas until she was beaten by the Lion Guard, which led her to join Makucha the leopard to take revenge against the Lion Guard and reach the Tree of Life.
She was voiced by Broadway star Kimiko Glenn, who also played a young Dr. Anna Ripley in The Legend of Vox Machina.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- She terrorized the red pandas from their home so much to the point she ended up earning the title ghost of the mountain by the red pandas and for good reason.
- She showed sadism terrorizing the red pandas just for fun, even laughing about it.
- While she had to eat to survive, not only did she show sadism on hunting her prey, she admits that she does so by playing by her own rules.
- She shows no care for Makucha and Ora as they’re mostly being professional and were shown to bicker with each other.
- While she does have some comedic moments, not only are most of these brief and don’t detract from her villainy as she’s is still taken seriously and fared by The Lion Guard, The Night Pride and The Red Pandas, showing she’s not meant to be treated like a joke.
- Under Mama Binturong's orders, she ended up trying to kill two tiger cubs out of pure sadism even straight up taunting them.
- While she wanted to give up, this was only because of The Lion Guard and The Night Pride beating them and not out of disgust for her crimes.
- She and the rest of Makucha's army started to attack the tree of life and the animals residing there despite knowing they were endangered and rare.
- While she was happy seeing two minions from Makucha and two minions from Ora, this was only because of how useful they are as she’s shown to have no reaction about them getting defeated by Kion.
- While Scar and Ushari did worse and were more dangerous as the former killed thousands and the latter attempted to kill thousands while she only attempted to kill hundreds, they had stronger resources as Scar had a large number of hyenas in the first film and in the Lion Guard, he had an army of numerous species of animals including hyenas, jackals, crocodiles, vultures and various other reptiles, and Ushari too had an army of numerous animal species, while Chuluun only had leopards, komodo dragons, porcupines, and a binturong as allies.
