Chara is the overarching antagonist of the Stronger Than You Frisk Response. They were the first fallen child who, after dying many decades ago, is now a ghost that assists Frisk.

What Makes Them Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- While they likely share the same past as their canon counterpart, considering they were the one who convinced Frisk to do a genocide run, and the fact that their past does not appear to affect them in the present, it can be assumed that they not only subverted their possible tragedy, but also the care they may have had for their family.
- As seen early on in the video, they were the ones to convince Frisk to reset the world and commit genocide on monsterkind, making them the reason for the many monster deaths that would go onto occur.
- As seen during the few shots they have, they clearly take sadistic joy in killing off monsters, as seen by their smile while they are holding a knife.
What Prevents Them from Being Pure Evil?[]
- Due to their overall lack of screentime and dialogue, they lack sufficient characterization. However, they still possess a clear enough personality to avoid being a Generic Doomsday Villain, being a sadistic and manipulative individual willing to commit genocide on all of monsterkind.
