Cha-Cha is the secondary antagonist of the first season of the Netflix TV series The Umbrella Academy.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- She is an agent for the Commission that is assigned to track down and kill people who mess with the time and is confirmed to have tortured and murdered countless people.
- She and Hazel abduct Syd, a mechanic who they suspect to be Number Five and torture him with jumper cables, killing him.
- She and Hazel pursue and try to shoot Number Five.
- She attacks the Umbrella Academy mansion with Hazel while searching for Number Five and fights with the Hargreeves siblings.
- She and Hazel kidnap Klaus, who they brutally torture.
- She shoots and kills Detective Eudora Patch when she comes to their motel on her investigation.
- She is furious upon learning that Hazel has betrayed the Commission and wants to settle down with Agnes, so she tracks down and kidnaps her.
- She attempts to boil Agnes alive into a tub of boiling water, which almost does after choking out Hazel, only being stopped when The Handler arrives and stops time.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- She genuinely cares about Hazel, not wanting to kill him until he begins trying to kill her, even when given the opportunity to kill him, and she desires to reconcile with him afterwards.
- She has some detracting comedic moments like when she and Hazel accidentally got high from eating Klaus’s special chocolate, causing them to break into dance while burning down a lab producing glass eyes.
