Nothing more dangerous than a lunatic with nothing to lose!
~ The Cerberus Leader to James Earl Cash.

The Cerberus Leader is a major antagonist in the 2003 video game Manhunt.

He is Lionel Starkweather right-hand man and the leader of the Cerberus unit. The only times the Cerberus Leader seen in person are in the concluding cutscenes to the missions "Road to Ruin" and "Trained to Kill", as well as in "Key Personnel", where he serves as a boss.

He was voiced by Brian Maillard.

His Evil Ranking[]

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He ordered his subordinates to beat up James Earl Cash, take him to their van and took him to a scrap yard with the Skinz gang roaming around like every gang does and leaving him to die like he does for almost every level.
  • He ordered his subordinates to subdue Cash, take him to the van and take him to a zoo with the Wardogs gang.
  • He ordered his subordinates to handcuff Cash and take him to a mall with the Innocentz gang.
  • He and his subordinates forced Cash into the van and took him to a mental asylum with a gang called Smileys who are psychotic patients.
  • He ordered his subordinates to shoot down a corrupt Swat Team to capture cash.
  • He tased Cash, broke a camera and ordered his subordinates to take him to Lionel Starkweather’s Mansion.
  • He is not caring towards Starkweather and doesn’t care what he wants, making it obvious that he really wanted to kill Cash more than we think.
  • When Starkweather got bored of Cash, he ordered Cerberus Leader and Ramirez to kill him.
  • He and his subordinates put people on crucifixes, the gate and balcony spikes that can be seen all over the Mansion, implying that he and his subordinates collect their victim’s bodies as trophies and was planning to do it to Cash.
  • He insults his subordinates like by calling them "limp dick assholes", showing he has no care for them.

What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]

  • He mostly fails the Heinous Standards to Ramirez due to him doing worse like directing his men to be killed by Cash, not caring for them, killing a Neo nazi for insulting him, being Starkweather’s top henchman, was probably a war criminal, had control over almost every gang while Cerberus Leader had control over one gang but Ramirez had more resources.
