Supremacist Near Pure Evils believe that their culture, race, or group is superior to another. As such, these villains support inequality towards marginalized groups of people. They may support laws and programs designed to oppress marginalized groups and these villains may personally victimize others to enforce their beliefs.

Since these villains see themselves as superior to other groups or to a particular group, these villains often hold bigoted sentiments about the group they feel superior towards. They may express that the way of life of the other group is "inferior" and would delude themselves into thinking that it is their duty to correct them when they get the opportunity. These villains may feel as they are "heroes" or "saviors" for enforcing their way of life on other groups.
