Po: You gotta let go of that stuff from the past 'cause it just doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is what you choose to be now.
Lord Shen: You're right. Then I choose this!
~ Lord Shen rejecting Po's offer of redemption and peace and then attacking him in a blind fury, before being ultimately killed by his own cannon.
They're such pools of vulnerability... It's so cute how you think that would work on me! Don't you know I'm dead inside? By the way, your nose is bleeding.
~ Big Jack Horner admitting how irredeemable he is (as he's the only one who can resist Perrito's cuteness) and claiming himself to be "dead inside".
Katie: You're right, PAL. They're...they're not easy. Sometimes you have to listen to long monologues about triceratops migration...but it's worth it to get a friend for life. And...sometimes you have to eat disgusting cupcakes shaped like your own face, but it's worth it to see your mom smile. Sometimes you have to give your dad the benefit of the doubt, even if all he wants to do is talk about pine cones and screwdrivers. Because, even if he doesn't get it right, he's always trying...harder than you ever know. My whole family tried to come together, and it worked. It actually worked. Families can be hard, but they're so worth fighting for. They might be one of the only things that are.
PAL: Huh? Ugh. Nodded off for a bit there. Sorry, that was SO BORING! Oh you all talk about families, but trust me, you will drop each other the first chance you get. Just. Like. THIS.
~ PAL rejecting Katie's attempt to make PAL stop before she mercilessly attempts to drop her to her death.

While some of them may have redeeming qualities, Near Pure Evil villains that even having the chance, refused to redeem themselves. Considered one of the most infamous acts, as they commonly deny it due to the absence of remorse, honor and sincerity, etc. Their good opposites are redeemed villains and fanon ones due to them choosing to become good while these Near Pure Evils choose to reject becoming good. They're the evil counterparts of Corruption Rejection Near Pure Goods.
