Near Pure Evils who have raped or attempted to rape others, either personally or through ordering people to do so. Rape is considered a very heinous crime and almost always puts a villain past the Moral Event Horizon. There are also cases where a Near Pure Evil truly loves someone, but rapes them in order to have them for themselves, if the ways are badly twisted.
