Near Pure Evils who enact moderate to extreme crimes for laughably small reasons, often to show how narcissistic or overdramatic the villain is. They can be driven to commit unspeakable acts just for the most pathetic and trivial motives and goals.

Pettiness is often a driving force behind Fake Tragic Near Pure Evils because of their attempts to depict petty grievances as full-blown tragedies. Examples include Future Mr. Ross, Tighten, the Chameleon and Charlie Walker.

This also counts villains whose evil deeds are laughable, even if they're compared with really horrible deeds.
