Near Pure Evils who are parents. Any villain with children or offspring belongs in this category. Adoptive parents, foster parents, step-parents, genetic progenitors and legal guardians can qualify as well, as can creator deities or scientists who raise new life-forms. When these villains have kids, it is not uncommon for them to have some care for them despite how evil they are, however this doesn't always guarantee that all of them care for them, especially for Minor Amorals who would only use their offspring as tools for their cause or parents who abuse their offspring.
