Near Pure Evils who are far too fixated with an object, topic, person or something other than power much to the point of madness. These villains tend to go to extreme lengths to fulfill their obsessions, whatever the obsession may be.

If they’re obsessed on a person, then they might either kidnap the person (if it’s a love interest) or kill that person (if the latter has become far too fixated on that person to the point of wanting to kill him/her out of revenge, spite or pettiness or for a good reason).
